Rules

Effective September 9, 2026

These Rules are part of our Terms of Service and keep Outrise fair and worth looking at. Breaking them can get a listing hidden or removed without a refund.

How ranking works

• Your rank and tower height are set by the total amount ever paid toward your plot. It is cumulative and never goes down.
• Claiming an empty plot costs a minimum of $5. Pay more to start taller.
• To move up, pay again — to pass someone, your total needs to exceed theirs. Anyone can do the same to you.
• Your tower and listing go live once payment is confirmed.

Listings must be honest

• Represent a real product, project, or profile you own or are authorized to promote.
• Don’t impersonate another person, brand, or project, and don’t use a handle or name you don’t control.
• Keep names, taglines, links, and categories accurate and not misleading.

Not allowed

• Illegal content or anything that infringes someone else’s rights.
• Malware, phishing, scams, or links to harmful or deceptive sites.
• Sexually explicit, hateful, harassing, or violent content.
• Fraudulent payments, stolen cards, or chargeback abuse.
• Attempts to break, game, or overload the Service.

Moderation

We may reject, hide, or remove any listing that breaks these Rules — or that we judge harmful to the experience — at our discretion and without a refund. We may also correct obviously wrong categories.

Premium placements

Sky placements (blimps and banner planes) and other cosmetics follow the same Rules. They are time-limited or decorative and, like all payments, are subject to the Refund Policy.
